THAT'S A QUARTER OF THEIR SHIFT EVERY TIME THEY HAD TO TAKE SOMEBODY TO JAIL. SO HAVING OUR JAIL OPEN AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT TAKES CARE OF IT SAVES US SO MUCH TIME ON THE STREETS, BECAUSE NOW WE'RE ABOUT 20 MINUTES IN AND OUT. AND THAT GOES FOR OUR NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES AS WELL. THAT WAS A ONE YEAR TRIAL PERIOD. WE WERE WE DID VOTE AT THE END OF THE END OF THE YEAR LAST YEAR, AND IT WAS JUST OVER 94% OF OUR OF OUR EMPLOYEES THAT WANTED TO STAY ON THAT SHIFT. WE ALSO DID AN INTERNAL KIND OF A WE CALLED IT OUR SERVICE DELIVERY TEAM, JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE DOING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. AND WE WERE BEING THE MOST EFFICIENT AS WE COULD. SO THAT WAS AN INTERNAL. AND THEN THESE CENTER FOR PUBLIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT CAME IN AND DID AN EXTERNAL AUDIT OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. SO THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THAT, NO SURPRISES IN THE FINDINGS. OUR FOCUS AREAS REMAINED THE SAME THAT WE TALK [02:05:05] ABOUT PRETTY MUCH ALL THE TIME. WE DON'T HAVE MUCH WIGGLE ROOM ON OUR ISO RATING. WE NEVER HAVE. BUT YOU HAVE TO SCORE AT LEAST A 90. AND SO MOST EVERYTHING IS NOW GETTING DELIVERED TO OUR PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING, WHICH THEN HAS TO BE LOADED BACK UP AND BROUGHT OVER HERE TO THE STORAGE AND THEN REDISTRIBUTED TO THE FIRE STATIONS, LIKE FOR THE EMS SUPPLIES, FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN THEY'RE ORDERED. SO UP AT THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING, WE JUST DON'T HAVE STORAGE OR WAREHOUSE SPACE TO, TO PUT THAT STUFF TRAINING. I THINK IF WE DID THAT, THEN FIRE STATION TWO COULD BECOME KIND OF A TRAINING LOGISTICS FACILITY, BUT WE WOULD STILL NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THAT CURRENT TRAINING FIELD AND MAYBE ADD THE CLASS B CAPABILITIES. OBVIOUSLY, IF WE IF WE VACATED THAT FIRE STATION, WE COULD EXPAND THE CURRENT STORAGE BUILDING AND HAVE SOME MORE FLEET. BUT WE ALSO NEED TO ADDRESS FIRE STATION ONE BECAUSE WE'VE GOT THE SAME PROBLEMS AT STATION ONE AS WE DO AT FIRE STATION TWO. SO AGAIN, PROS AND CONS ADDRESSES FIRE STATION NEEDS, WHICH IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, ADDRESSES SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES. AND SO FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION COSTS RIGHT NOW ARE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 800 AND $1000 A SQUARE FOOT. AND THAT'S THAT'S CONSTRUCTION COSTS. THAT'S NOT COUNTING ALL YOUR SOFT COSTS. ARCHITECTS ARE AROUND AROUND 9%. THEY'RE ALSO STARTED CARRYING A CONTINGENCY. JUST THIS WEEK, I TALKED TO AN ARCHITECT AND THEY'RE RECOMMENDING A NEW CONTINGENCY FOR THE WAR BECAUSE THERE'S SO MUCH UNEASINESS ABOUT THAT. SO SO I THINK THAT'S THE THAT'S ONE OF THE CONS THERE IS, IS WILL WE GET A RETURN ON OUR INVESTMENT IF WE INVEST THAT KIND OF MONEY IN FIRE STATION 2 OR 1 AND EXPAND IT? THERE'S THERE'S A THERE'S A PLACE ON WEST GATE THAT OUR THAT WE HAVE SOME ISO LOOKS AT HYDRANTS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY A FIRE STATION IN A CERTAIN RADIUS. AND WE HAVE AN AREA OVER THERE THAT WE HAVE SEVERAL AREAS ACROSS THE CITY, BUT WE HAVE A KNOWN AREA UP ON THE NORTH END OF WEST GATE. THAT'S THAT'S NOT COVERED. SO MOVING FIRE STATION TWO THIS WAY JUST A LITTLE BIT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE THERE. WE HAVE SOME OVERLAP FOR FIRE STATION FOUR. I THOUGHT WE FIRE DEPARTMENT OR CITY HAD LAND.
