CONSIDER AND ACT UPON A SITE PLAN FOR SAND AND INTERNATIONAL PARKING ADJUSTMENTS BEING ON LOT 1R-1 BLOCK A OF SAND. IN ADDITION, FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE ON 24.884 ACRES. LOCATED AT 601 SAND BOULEVARD. MR. MOLINA, GOOD EVENING. OUR FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS A REQUEST FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR SAND INTERNATIONAL, LOCATED AT 601 SANDY BOULEVARD. ESSENTIALLY, WHAT'S HAPPENING IS SAND INTERNATIONAL HAS REPORTED THEIR PROPERTY, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY 90 ACRES, AND NOW THEY'RE DOWN TO LIKE 25 ACRES. WITH THOSE CHANGES, THEY HAVE TO RECONFIGURE THEIR PARKING LOT. AND THAT'S WHAT THIS SITE PLAN IS SHOWING. IT'S NOT JUST THE PARKING LOT THAT'S CHANGING, BUT THEY'RE ALSO SHOWING HOW THE SITES CAN BE COMPLIANT WITH FIRE ACCESS AS WELL. SO THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SEEING. WHERE MY MOUSE IS. IT'S THERE'S A 30 FOOT FIRE LANE THAT WILL BE REQUIRED ON AN AMENDED PLAT DOCUMENT. AND THEN THIS ALSO SHOWS WHERE THE PARKING IS LOCATED. WITH THIS CHANGE THERE, THEY ARE GOING TO PROVIDE 370 PARKING SPACES WITH 13 BEING ADA ACCESSIBLE. AND THEY ARE ALSO STILL IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS BY PROVIDING AT LEAST 10%. I ALSO HAVE THIS OVERLAID ON AN AERIAL IMAGE, SO YOU CAN KIND OF SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. COOL. YEAH. SO IT'S LIKE DOWN THERE. YEAH.

BLOCK ONE OF SHILOH BAPTIST CHURCH FOR A COMMERCIAL USE ON TWO ACRES LOCATED AT 880 EAST BROWN STREET. MR. MOLINA, AGAIN, OUR LAST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS ALSO A REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN. THIS SITE IS LOCATED AT 840 EAST BROWN. IT'S CURRENTLY CONTAINS A TRINITY FRIENDSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH. THEY RECEIVED A TWO PORTABLE STRUCTURES THAT.

EACH MEASURE 1440FT■!S, THAT. THEY'RE REQUESTING TO BE PLACED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THEIR LOT.

THAT'S WHERE MY MOUSE IS. WITH THIS CHANGE, THEY WERE REQUIRED TO RECONFIGURE THE PARKING LOT TO FIT THE FIRE LANE ALONG THE FRONT OF THE EXISTING CHURCH, AND THEY ARE PROVIDING ADDITIONAL PARKING ALONG THE THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AS WELL. THE TWO PORTABLE STRUCTURES ARE GOING TO BE ACCESSED THROUGH A RAMP THAT'S BUILT WITH. THAT WILL CONNECT TO THE EXISTING SIDEWALK THAT'S ADJACENT TO THE CHURCH AS WELL. WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT, THEY'RE PROVIDING 49 SPACES, WITH TWO BEING ADA ACCESSIBLE, AND THE PORTABLE STRUCTURES ARE GOING TO BE REPAINTED TO MATCH THE CHURCH WITH BROWNISH. THEY'RE IT'S A BROWN PALLET THAT THEY THAT THE CHURCH CURRENTLY HAS. THE ELEVATIONS DON'T SHOW THE COLOR, BUT AT LEAST YOU'RE ABLE TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
