NEXT ON THE REGULAR AGENDA. ITEM NUMBER ONE. CONSIDERING ACT UPON A SITE PLAN FOR CORDERO CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE YARD BEING LOT NINE BLOCK E OF REGENCY BUSINESS PARK. PHASE TWO FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE ON 0.26 ACRES LOCATED AT 2726 EXCHANGE STREET.

MR. MOLINA. YES. GOOD EVENING. TODAY WE'RE HERE TO DISCUSS A SITE PLAN FOR CORDERO CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE YARD. THEY'RE PROPOSING FOR THIS TO BE LOCATED AT 2726 EXCHANGE STREET. AND HERE'S A SATELLITE IMAGE OF WHERE IT'S LOCATED. IT DOES HAVE STREET FRONTAGE OFF OF EXCHANGE STREET AND HENSLEY LANE. AND BECAUSE IT'S A BUDDING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TO THE SOUTH, THE SITE PLAN DOES HAVE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING ALONG HENSLEY, AND THEY ARE PROVIDING A WOODEN FENCE AROUND THE ENTIRE DEVELOPMENT, AND IT ALSO IS PROVIDING A MEANDERING SIDEWALK. SINCE A LOT OF THIS DEVELOPMENT ALONG HENSLEY LANE IS IS ALREADY SITE PLAN APPROVED, RIGHT? SO NOW IT'LL HAVE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AND SAYING THAT THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS FROM EXCHANGE STREET. AS YOU CAN SEE WITH THE SITE PLAN, IT HAS A FIRE LANE THAT WITH TWO PARKING SPACES, THEY DO HAVE PLANS IN THE FUTURE POTENTIALLY TO ADD A BUILDING TO TO THIS DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL REQUIRE A SITE PLAN IF IT EVER DOES HAPPEN. THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT THIS APPLICANT HAS IS UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. SO THINK LIKE PIPES FOR ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING SERVICES THAT I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. WHAT WAS THAT YOU SAID ABOUT THE FUTURE? SO THEY HAVE A PLAN IF IT HAPPENS TO, TO ADD A BUILDING THAT WOULD MEASURE AROUND 3000FT■!S. SO THAT BUILDING WOULD BE LIKE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DEVELOPMENT. WITH THAT, THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADD ADDITIONAL PARKING. AND IT'S GOING TO COME THROUGH THIS BOARD EITHER WAY, RIGHT. THEY SAID THE WHOLE THING IS FENCED AROUND ALL SCREENED. YES. IT'S A WOODEN FENCE AROUND THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE. SO EVEN WHERE THE DRIVEWAY IS, THAT'S GOING TO BE FENCED IN. SO THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE A KNOX BOX FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS IT.

SO AT THE LAST COUNCIL MEETING, CITY COUNCIL WAS CONSIDERING A LIST OF POTENTIAL FOLKS FOR THE BOND COMMITTEE, AND IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE PNC CHAIR BE CONSIDERED TO SERVE AND. BUT THEY WANTED IT IN CASE THE PNC CHAIR WASN'T AVAILABLE OR DIDN'T WANT TO. THEY WANTED US TO GO AHEAD AND PRESENT IT TO PNC. SO, YOU KNOW, IT COULD BE A QUICK DISCUSSION AND OFFICIALLY NOMINATE SOMEONE.

FOR BACKGROUND. THE BOND COMMITTEE IS EXPECTED TO MEET ABOUT 4 OR 6 TIMES OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS TO ASSIST IN DETERMINING THE PROJECTS FROM A PROVIDED SCOPE. IT'S NOT A BLANK SLATE LIKE, HEY, WHAT DO WE THINK IS GOOD? COUNCIL'S ALREADY KIND OF COVERED THIS.

THEY'VE GOT ABOUT, IF I REMEMBER RIGHT, IT'S LIKE $200 MILLION WORTH OF PROJECTS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. AND THEY WANT TO NARROW IT DOWN TO ABOUT 90. SO IT'S KIND OF MORE OF TAKING AN EXISTING LIST AND DISCUSSING IT AND NARROWING IT DOWN, AS OPPOSED TO TAKING A BLANK SLATE AND COMING UP WITH A LIST. SO JUST SO WHOEVER DECIDES TO DO THIS, IT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE KIND OF GETTING INTO.
