PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1812 NORTH STATE HIGHWAY 78. MR. CHAIRMAN, MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION, THIS IS THE LAST OF THE FRONTAGE FROM THE SLATE PLAN DEVELOPMENT THAT WAS BROUGHT IN A FEW YEARS AGO. YOU KNOW, STARBUCKS IS ON THE FAR SIDE. STARWOOD CAFE IS THE BIG TENANT IN THIS THE MULTI TENANT BUILDING THAT'S IN THE MIDDLE. AND THEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS IS THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING. YOU KNOW POLICE AND FIRE AND ADMIN AND ALL THAT IS.

SO THIS IS THE ABOUT A 7600 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING THEY'RE USING TO FINISH OUT THE FRONTAGE OF THAT. HOWEVER, THIS ENTIRE PD DID ALLOW FOR SHARED PARKING, AND WE ARE WORKING THROUGH RIGHT NOW TO GET THE PARKING TO THE NORTH. SO LET ME BACK UP. AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW, THE PARKING WILL BE FINE. HOWEVER, JUST TO MAKE SURE WE ARE WORKING WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER TO DO THE PARKING THAT YOU SEE GRAYED OUT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. SO THERE WILL BE, YOU KNOW, MORE THAN ENOUGH PARKING FOR THOSE. THOSE TIMES WHEN SOME OF THESE BUSINESSES DO GET A LITTLE BIT BUSY. OTHER THAN THAT, THE PROPERTY MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.
