THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 200 SOUTH THIRD STREET.
THE ZBA 2020 507 KEVIN. YES. GOOD EVENING. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO THE SITE SETBACK TO ALLOW FOR A FIVE FOOT SETBACK IN LIEU OF TEN FEET, AND ALSO THE EXPANSION OF A NONCONFORMING CONFORMING USE.
THE HOUSE WAS BUILT PRIOR TO THE ZONING BEING IN PLACE.
THE APPLICANT ALSO DID PROVIDE MULTIPLE REASONS FOR APPROVAL OF THE VARIANCE.
THOSE ARE FOUND IN THE PACKET AS WELL. THERE'S A TEN POINTS THAT THEY BROUGHT UP.
AND SOME OF THOSE POINTS ARE MENTIONED IN THE REPORT AS WELL.
IN ALL, PROVIDING THIS WILL GIVE THE PROPERTY OWNER AN ABILITY TO COVER THEIR CARS.
THEY DON'T HAVE A GARAGE CURRENTLY ON THE PROPERTY.
