THE REST IS SHELF SPACE. THEY ARE PROVIDING 51 PARKING SPACES WITH THREE OF THEM BEING ADA ACCESSIBLE AND THE WHOLE SITE IS ACCESSED OFF OF WESTGATE WAY. AND THERE IS A FIRE LANE THAT LOOPS AROUND THE WHOLE STRUCTURE. IT ALSO TIES INTO THE HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT TO THE NORTH. THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS, AND THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SIDEWALK ALONG WEST GATE WAY. AND THESE ARE THE ELEVATIONS AS WELL. THEY DO HAVE MULTIPLE DOORS THAT THEY'RE SHOWING, BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT WITH IT BEING SHELF SPACE, THEY MIGHT BE PARTITIONED DIFFERENTLY DEPENDING ON THE USER. SO THAT MIGHT CHANGE.
