I MEAN, BECAUSE I TWICE I, I SENT EMAIL TO THE HOA AND HE SAID THAT HE SPOKE WITH THE HOA ALSO AND BASICALLY HE SAID THE HOA SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO SEND THE EMAIL. I SAID I ALREADY SENT THE EMAIL.
