IT WAS PROBABLY ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO. WE CHANGED IT FROM A NORMALLY A 10 TO 20 OR FROM 25 TO 10 FOOT SETBACKS. SO THIS WOULD FALL WITHIN THE CITY ORDINANCE AS IT'S PRESENTED. EXCEPT HE'S IN THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT. SO JUST SO EVERYBODY UNDERSTANDS THAT WHAT IS SO WHAT DOES THE PD REQUIRED? THE PD REQUIRES 25FT 25.
