BLOCK A OF KRAMER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON 10.120 ACRES PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1200, EAST BROWN. MR KEVIN YES. GOOD EVENING. SO WI THE ISD IS APPLYING FOR A SITE PLAN FOR KRAMER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. AND THIS BUILDING MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 100. 1000 SQUARE FEET. IT'S LOCATED AT, UH 1 200 EAST BROWN, UM, SITE MEASURES AROUND 10 ACRES WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT, THEY ARE PROVIDING TWO DECELERATION LANES OFF OF EAST BROWN STREET. THEY'RE PROVIDING THE PARKING THE FIRE LANES AND SOME AREAS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE WITH IS 26 FT DUE TO THE HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE. AND FIRE HAS REVIEWED THIS AND THEY THEY AGREE THAT IT IT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE CODE. UM IN REGARDS TO THE LANDSCAPING, THEY ARE PROVIDING TREES ALONG SPRINGDALE WAY AND CAMELOT DRIVE . UH ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING WASN'T AVAILABLE TO BE PROVIDED ON BROWN STREET DUE TO EXISTING EASEMENT AND POWER LINES THAT ARE ON THE PROPERTY. UM IT IS GONNA REMAIN AS OPEN SPACE GREEN SPACE. THE BUILDING MEASURES, UH, 5800 SQUARE FEET, AND IT'S LOCATED AT AT 1014 SQUARE DRIVE. IT'S A LITTLE UNDER AN ACRE IN SIZE. THEY ARE PROVIDING 19 PARKING SPACES WITH ONE BEING AD A ACCESSIBLE ALONG THE FRONTAGE. THEY DO HAVE AN 11 FT DRIVE THAT MATCHES AN EXISTING DRIVE THAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR EXISTING PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE. THAT IS SUBSTANDARD TO WHAT THE CITY REQUIRES. ENGINEERING HAS MENTIONED THAT SINCE IT'S A PRIVATE DRIVE, AS LONG AS P AND CS A P AND CS OK WITH IT, THEN IT'S FINE, SINCE IT'S NOT GONNA BE ACCESSED BY ANYBODY ELSE OTHER THAN THE CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER.
