PERMIT A G 30 SUP ON 0.055 ACRES TO ALLOW FOR TELECOM TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5085 BENNETT ROAD, ZC 20 24-1. MR MOLINA. YES OUR FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 5085 BENNETT ROAD. IT'S WHERE WILEY EAST HIGH SCHOOL IS LOCATED. THEY'RE ACTUALLY LEASING THIS AREA FOR A VERIZON TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER. THE SITE MEASURES 60 BY 40. THE PROPOSED TOWER IS 100 FT. TALL AND IT'S GONNA BE ENCLOSED BY AC MU WALL ON TOP OF A RETAINING WALL. THAT'S 8 FT. IN HEIGHT, THERE'S SO LANDSCAPING THAT'S PROVIDED, UH, ADJACENT TO THE TOWER.
