WHEN YOU THINK OF IT, WE'VE WE UTILIZED TWO ROOMS, TYPICALLY FOR THE CATS, AND WE HAVE FIVE CAT TOWERS, AND SO YOU COULD. YOU KNOW, YOU COULD POTENTIALLY HAVE MULTIPLE KITTENS IN EACH OF THOSE CAT TOWERS IS JUST KIND OF DEPENDS ON HOW LARGE A GROUP THAT THEY CAME IN, AND ONE OF THE CHALLENGING AREAS FOR THE FELINES IS THERE'S NOT REALLY A PLACE TO QUARANTINE THEM. SO THEIR QUARANTINE IN THE SAME ROOMS AS THE CATS THAT DON'T HAVE ISSUES. SO, UM THERE'S ZERO NEUTRAL LIGHTING IN THERE FOR THE FELINES. SHE LOOKED AT EXPLAIN THAT A LOT BETTER THAN I CAN. UM AND, FRANKLY, WITH THE CHALLENGES THAT WE HAVE FOR STAFF AND STAFF TO BE ABLE TO ADEQUATELY CARE AND PERFORM AND BE ABLE TO DO THEIR CHILD THE WAY THAT THEY WANT NEED TO FOR OUR COMMUNITY. I DON'T THINK WE HAVE AN OPTION. UM, AND IN MY OPINION I WOULD LIKE TO SEE US MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS, UM SO THAT THAT WOULD BE MY OPINION IS I'D LIKE TO SEE US MOVE FORWARD, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WHAT MY COLLEAGUES HAVE SAID. NOW DOES PHASING MAKES SENSE. MAYBE IT DOESN'T FROM A COST STANDPOINT AND OPEN STANDPOINT OR A TIMING STANDPOINT. HMM UM, BUT MAYOR PRO TEM. IT NOW IS THE ONLY BUILDING THERE IN AND IT IS WOEFULLY BEHIND ON UPDATES. WE'VE UPDATED EVERY DEPARTMENTS BUILDINGS WITHIN THE CITY FROM PUBLIC SAFETY TO OUR BEAUTIFUL CITY HALL. UM, AND IT'S TIME TO GET THE SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED BY OUR ANIMAL SERVICES PROFESSIONALS UP TO DATE AND PROVIDE THEM WITH A FACILITY THAT THEY CAN BE PROUD OF, AND PROUD TO CALL HOME.
