UM WE ALSO HAVE ASSISTANT CITY AND IMPACT FEES OVER THE LAST FEW IMPACT PIECE AS WELL. AH AND WE'RE CURRENTLY BUILDING A WASTEWATER COMPUTER MODEL OF THE CITY. SO WE HAVE QUITE A BIT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE CITY'S WASTEWATER SYSTEM. AND THE F K HOMES DEVELOPMENT. IS WELL OVER 15 ACRES IN SIZE. AND THEY HAVE PROJECTED 101 LOTS FOR DEVELOPMENT. AND SO OUR ANALYSIS WAS BASED ON THAT 101 LOT. AH, WE LOOKED AT. THE CLOSEST GRAVITY SEWER. WHICH IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET THERE FROM THAT HOLMES GOVERNMENT SITE. IN FACT THAT SEWER WAS STUBBED OUT IN THE DIRECTION OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT. AND WHEN WE LOOKED AT THAT SANITARY SEWER [01:00:06] FROM DESIGN POINT A ON THE EXHIBIT. THAT IS SANITARY SEWER LINE B, WHICH IS THE VERY FAR UPSTREAM IN AND ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LIFT STATION. THE GRAVITY SYSTEM HAS CAPACITY. FOR FULL DEVELOPMENT. OF THE LIGHT PARK VILLAS. PLUS. THE 101 HOMES. THAT THE F K DEVELOPMENT I WOULD LIKE TO ADD INTO THE CITY'S WASTEWATER SYSTEM. WE ALSO CONTACTED A PROBABLY VENDOR TO FIND OUT APPROXIMATELY WHAT THE COST WOULD BE FOR REPLACING THE CURRENT PUBS. OR ACTUALLY, JUST FOR WHAT NEW POINTS WOULD BE. AH AND. THE NUMBER OF RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, BUT I BELIEVE IT WAS SOMEWHERE IN THE ORDER OF ABOUT $70,000. JUST FOR THE PUMPS THEMSELVES. AND THE RESPONSE IS, YOU REALLY HAVE TO HAVE AN ENGINEER HIRED TO GO IN AND DO AN ANALYSIS OF ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. WELL, PIPES. CONDITION OF EVERYTHING THERE AT THE SITE IN ORDER TO REALLY KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. WE DO KNOW THAT THERE WOULD BE AT LEAST A COST OF THAT. JUST THE EQUIPMENT ALONE IS ABOUT 70,000. TYPICALLY YOU CAN ESTIMATE IF CONTRACTOR HAS NO ISSUES. ALL HE HAS TO DO IS GO OUT THERE. POOR OLD PUMPS OUT, BUT NEW PUMPS IN IT'S GOING TO COST YOU ABOUT DOUBLE. THE COST OF THE PUMPS THEMSELVES.
