WE GOT EVERYONE TOGETHER. WE GOT THE SUPPLIES. THEN WE TOOK A DAY LIKE IN THE MORNING TO BUILD THE BRIDGE AND CONSTRUCTED ALTOGETHER AND THEN WE TOOK THE BRIDGE AND TRANSPORTED IT, TRANSPORTED IT OVER TO THE PARK AND THEN PUT IT IN OVER A CREEK AND LITTLE DITCH. SO MY CONCERN IS LOOKING AT THAT PROPERTY FROM ANY RESIDENTIAL ASPECT. UM I DON'T THINK THAT'S A WISE INVESTMENT OF THE TAX DOLLARS. I THINK THAT WHEN THE BIRMINGHAM FARMS COMMUNITY WAS DEVELOPED, PHASE ONE AND PHASE TWO, THE CELL THAT THE DEVELOPER DID WAS THAT THAT 14 ACRES WOULD END UP BEING NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES THAT WOULD SERVE THE COMMUNITY AROUND IT. AND BRINGING ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL INTO THAT SAME DEVELOPMENT IS BREAKING THE PROMISE THAT THE ORIGINAL DEVELOPER DID WHEN HE BUILT THE ORIGINAL, UH, DEVELOPMENTS RIGHT AROUND THAT AREA. SO I WOULD LOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THE OUTDOOR I'M FINE WITH IT MYSELF WITH A GAS STATION. I'M FINE WITH ALL OF THAT COMMERCIAL ASPECT. I THINK IT'S GREAT. ALL THE PROGRAMS HAVE WORKED FOR WITH WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS IGNORED TEXAS WE ACTUALLY JUST WON ANOTHER AWARD FOR WORKFORCE PARTNER THROUGH KOREAN TECHNICAL EDUCATION. AS YOU SAW LAST YEAR DURING THE APPRENTICESHIP WEEK. AND THEN ALSO ARE VERY PROGRAMS YOU SEE THROUGH MANUFACTURING DATA AND ALL THE CURRENT TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO ADEQUATELY PLAN THAT OUT THE WAY WE CAN HIRE SOMEBODY THE BEGINNING OF THIS NEXT YEAR AND GET THEM UP TO SPEED IN OUR ORGANIZATION AND ALSO SHADOW ANGEL PERFECTLY. THE OTHER HALF EMPLOYEE IS ACTUALLY OUR INTERN FROM THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS BEFORE I HIRE HIM AND BRING HIM IN AS A PART TIME EMPLOYEE THAT WOULD BE IN OUR NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET IF HE WAS AN INTERN AGAIN THIS YEAR AND THINK ABOUT BRINGING THEM BACK, BUT HE'S ACTUALLY THE PART TIME ROLLS GRADUATED TOP OF HIS CLASS. OTHER THAN THAT, THAT'S UH REALLY ALL WE HAD FOR PERSONNEL, SOME OF OUR OTHER EXPENSES IN HERE. UM MORE SPECIFICALLY, ARE OUR BIGGEST LINE ITEMS IN OUR BUDGET ARE AS YOU KNOW, INCENTIVES AND QUALIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. THE BORROWED $8 MILLION TO REFINANCE DEBT, AND THEN WE BORROWED AN EXTRA $8 MILLION TO PUT IN ALL THESE CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE VERY END OF THAT. ROAD RIGHT NOW, AND THOSE PROJECTS WILL START AT THE VERY END OF THIS FISCAL YEAR.BEGINNING OF NEXT FISCAL YEAR'S MOST OF THAT MONEY. WE HAD YOUR MARKETING EXPENSES LAST YEAR DID NOT GET SPENT THAT'S CARRIED OVER TO THIS NEXT YEAR. THAT MONEY WILL BE SPENT. YOU SEE, AS OUR EXPENSES NEXT YEAR EXCEEDS $16 MILLION. WE GOT WHAT $6.5 MILLION FOR BROWN 78 $2 MILLION BY 44 GATEWAY. YOU GOT $600,000 GAS LINES. WE'VE GOT INCENTIVES IN THERE. YOU GOT THE CLF II INCENTIVE. IF YOU RECALL, WE ARE DOING A REIMBURSEMENT INCENTIVE WITH LOVE. IT WERE RESURFACING

A LOT OF OUR MONEY , AS YOU KNOW, GOES TOWARDS INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AND QUALIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE FORM OF PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTS WHERE WE REIMBURSE THOSE FUNDS BACK TO THOSE PROJECTS. MOST OF THOSE EXPENSES THAT ARE CARRYING FORWARD THE ONLY OTHER REAL BIG INCREASE IN HERE, ADVERTISING AND ENGINEERING ADVERTISING. WE'RE UPPING OUR DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR REGIONAL ADVERTISING, PUTTING SOME AD DOLLARS BEHIND OUR EFFORTS NOT ONLY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY, BUT WE'LL DISCOVER WILEY DOING SOME TARGET WITH THAT'S BEEN TO PROMOTE SOME OF THE EVENTS AND BRING MORE VISITORS SHORT COMMUNITY. AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE LOCATED A COUPLE OF BUSINESSES RECENTLY BRINGING A LOT OF PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN. WE'D LIKE TO CAPITALIZE ON THAT. AND TELL THAT STORY A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY. BRING MORE VISITORS HERE INCREASED SELF TAX DOLLARS. THAT COULD BE MODIFIED TO INCLUDE THE ACREAGE HERE JUST EAST OF WHERE WE'RE STANDING TODAY, ALL THE WAY UP TO THAT FLOODPLAIN POND.

UM MOST OF THOSE ENGINEERS THAT ARE TELLING ME YOU COULD TAKE UP TO SIX MONTHS FOR THAT TO WRAP UP JOHN MCCLURE, OR DEVELOPMENT PARTNER ON THE OTHER SIDE, HE SAID THAT MORE LIKELY IT'S PROBABLY THREE MONTHS. I THINK IT STARTED. THEY'RE GOING TO WANT TO TRY AND WRAP IT UP AS FAST AS THEY CAN. IT'S SORT OF MENTALLY THAT THEY'RE TELLING US IT COULD BE UP TO SIX MONTHS FOR THAT PROJECT TO WRAP UP. WHAT'S FALLING OFF THAT'S MAKING THOSE KIND OF DIFFERENCE IS THE BIGGEST THING WAS THE WIDELY LOGISTICS PARK WITH NORTH POINT JV WITH KCS WAS NOT RENEWED, AND I DON'T KNOW THAT THEY HAD THE ABILITY TO MODIFY IT WITH THE CONTRACTUAL CHANGES THEY WERE GOING THROUGH WITH CP ACQUIRING KCS THAT WAS THE BIG ONE. THAT WAS AN EARMARKED FUNDS. LAST YEAR WE THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD HAVE, AND WE ALSO HAD A BIG REAL ESTATE OF OUR BIG 3 80 AGREEMENT OR BIG PLACEHOLDER FOR $3 MILLION INCENTIVE THAT WE THOUGHT MIGHT GO THROUGH FOR A BIG SHOPPING CENTER IN TOWN, AND IT ENDED UP CHANGING GEARS, AND THEY WENT WITH A DIFFERENT RETAIL USER, INSTEAD DISPLACING THOSE OTHER RETAIL USERS. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO INCENTIVIZE IT.
