Executive Summary To continue design of the Ballard Avenue Elevated Water Tank project, a property parcel is required. Approval of the Resolution authorizes the City Manager to proceed with acquisition of the parcel, allowing geotechnical borings to be performed on the site and design services to continue. The project, including property acquisition is financed by 2017 Bond Funds and Utility Impact Funds.
