Holsted, City Manager) Executive Summary The City of Wylie is a member of the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool. The TMLIRP defends the City in cases of workers compensation, property, and liability litigation. The members serve a six-year term and the attached ballot has additional information regarding each candidate.
