Consider, and act upon, the award of Professional Services Project Order (PSPO) #W2019- 7-E for engineering and consulting services for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project to Jones & Carter, Inc. in the amount of $81,500.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents. (G. Hayes, Purchasing Manager) Executive Summary On March 14, 2017, City Council directed staff to proceed with the issuance of debt for both the Nortex ground storage tank and a new metering system. These capital projects are needed to insure proper ongoing operation of water service operations to city residents, and both projects were included in the water and sewer rate study.
