Consider, and act upon, Resolution No. 2017-14(R) of the City of Wylie, Texas finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s (“Oncor” or “Company”) application to change rates within the City should be denied; finding that the city’s reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the Company and Legal Counsel. Ollie, Development Services Director) Executive Summary The principal design objective for any parking lot is the provision of safe customer service and convenience coupled with minimal interference to street traffic flow, as well as minimizing concrete and the urban heat island. Sufficient parking is essential for economic growth, therefore should not be so restrictive as to hinder development.

Porter, City Engineer) Executive Summary TxDOT is requesting a resolution of support for the subject project from City Council in order to emphasize the City’s willingness to partner on the project as well as to assist in processing Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and other possible documentation. The scope of the project will improve the existing roadway from 2-lane asphalt to a 4-lane concrete street, with associated drainage and utilities.
