The subject tract is contiguous to existing city limits on the north, west, and south, while properties to the east are within unincorporated Collin County 2. Allen Blvd. and north of Stone Road and immediately east of Stone Grove Addition. 2014-04A (R. Ollie, Planning and Zoning Director) Executive Summary This annexation is at the request of property owners of two tracts of land. The subject tract is contiguous to existing city limits on the north, west, and south, while properties to the east are within unincorporated Collin County.
