Allen Blvd. and north of Stone Road and immediately east of Stone Grove Addition. 2014-03A (R. Ollie, Planning & Zoning Director) Executive Summary This annexation is at the request of property owners of three tracts of land. The subject tract is contiguous to existing city limits on the north, west, and south, while properties to the east are within unincorporated Collin County.

Holsted, City Engineer) Executive Summary The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) has issued the 2014 Call for Projects for the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). The TAP program was authorized under Section 1122 of Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) which is the current transportation and authorization bill. The program provides funding for programs and projects defined as transportation alternatives and is similar to the former Transportation Enhancement and Safe Routs to School programs.
