Hold a public hearing and consider, and act upon, approval of the revised City of Wylie Thoroughfare Plan. (C. Holsted, City Engineer) Executive Summary The City of Wylie Thoroughfare Plan was last updated in 2004. As part of the update to the thoroughfare impact fees, the plan is being revised to reflect the needed capacity in future roadways as well as showing the existing and future roadway alignments. The plan also incorporates the proposed changes included in the 2013 Collin County Mobility Plan.
