Consider, and act upon, Resolution No. 2012-28(R) to work with ETMC and the Southeast Collin County Emergency Medical Services Coalition to apply for grant funding through the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program in accordance with section 1115 of the Social Security Act, known as the 1115 Waiver.
